President Dave Cavey called the HZBA monthly meeting to order on September 8, 2005 at 12:05 pm.

Officer Reports:

1. President Dave welcomed everyone to the meeting.
   
2. Secretary The August minutes were sent via e-mail and approved as written.
   
3. Treasurer Ending balance @ August 31, 2005 is $10,044.06.
   

Old Business:

1. Directory still working on this. An invoice was received and paid for a Market Directory Sample.
   
2. ARRIVE Vicki Franz may be contacting members regarding an ad in the ARRIVE monthly magazine.
   
3. Changing the meeting time? Paulette asked with the question about "Changing the meeting time" was put to rest. A member of the Board will have to revisit the previous meeting minutes.
   
4. Update to Fall Fest No one gave a report in Mary's absence.
   

Committee Reports

1. Committee budgets are due to Dave Cavey by the October 2005 meeting.
   

New Business:

1. Formation of the Nomination Committee To fill the VP position. Pick only one person who will be presented at the October 2005 meeting. Other members may be nominated at the October 2005 meeting. Nominee Committee members include: Sharri Franklin, Glenn McCalley and Al Copp.
